We do not claim ownership over the output generated for you by our Tools.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with Zapplify.com is to stop using the Service. The aggregate liability of Zapplify.com for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed zero U.S. dollars (USD $0.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Zapplify.com makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zapplify.com, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Zapplify.com immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any legal actions arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Zapplify.com.
